The jars, bottles and glasses in a corner of the studio in Spain was the inspiration for this oil painting. I wanted to capture the reflections and shine on the glasses, the distorted images seen through the glass, and at the same time show the relaxed informal atmosphere of the studio party.

Painted in oils on canvas, this has just been transferred from Spain to my UK studio and was selected for inclusion in Letchworth Open 2023.
