Eagle Gallery, St Peters Street, Bedford
Last spring, I was accepted as an exhibiting artist by Eagle Gallery in Bedford and then offered a place in the autumn. I began to exhibit there in October 2023..
Eagle is a cooperative gallery with a limited number of members so I was delighted to join them. Their selection process starts with an online submission including a portfolio of work and a written statement. The next step is an interview where you present some recent work.
As a cooperative gallery, all exhibiting members lend a hand in running things. I'm coordinating distribution of the Bedford Arts Trail leaflet and taking my turns to steward at the gallery each month.
